Which Internet Browsers should be used with RNAMedical.com?

Internet Explorer version 11 or higher, Google Chrome 40 or higher, and Firefox version 36 or higher are all highly recommended. Please note, PeerQC is only compatible with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome NOT Firefox.

How do I sign up for an account to order online?

Please go to http://rnamedical.com/signup.php to place online orders.

I tried to sign up to order online but received an error message

Please take note of the error message and email or call Customer Service. We can always help determine the exact issue based on the error message.

I signed up to order online but never received a confirmation number

On occasion the confirmation number email can go into the Junk or Clutter folder. If the email is not there, please email or call Customer Service. Please have the username you attempted to sign up under available.

Where is my order?

If you are looking for the status of your order, please email or call Customer Service. Please have your Purchase Order number ready so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How do I register for PeerQC?

Please go to http://rnamedical.com/statsreg.php to sign up for PeerQC. The signup link on the homepage and listed to the left is to register to order online.

I received an error message on PeerQC

Please take note of the error message and email or call the Statistics Department. We can always help determine the exact issue based on the error message.

I am unable to enter data

Please make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Firefox will allow you to login but you will be unable to enter any values with this browser. Please email or call our Statistics Department if you do not have access to either of these browsers.

I forgot my username and password
