If this is your first time ordering with RNA Medical, you will need to have a completed and signed credit application, signed W-9 (if within the United States), and a copy of your Purchase Order.
Note: For new customers outside of the United States and Canada, prepayment by wire transfer or credit card is required for all first time orders.
